To be honest, I don't understand why the game of worms armageddon has lost its popularity. After all, this game is very exciting, complex, and has a wide variety of schemes and maps. For example, chess, which is simpler and not as exciting, is much more popular worldwide. Many players don't understand that this is a highly strategic game. Unfortunately, there are currently very few people in this game who have contributed to its popularity and development. I understand that at some point, experienced adult players have almost no time left to play the game (unless you're a game-addicted Rafka who needs to prove himself every day by taking advantage of new players). They have a lot of household chores, work, family, business, and various hobbies, and they can't play as much as they used to, but they could still dedicate 1-2 months a year to participating in tournaments. However, there's a big problem here. The tournament organizers are so incompetent that they allocate a significant amount of time for the tournament, which can last from half a year to a year!
This is a big problem for many players who don't have that much time to play, and it's not only annoying for the tournament participants but also for spectators. The tournament shouldn't last more than 2 months, and the tournament organizer should set deadlines and make sure they are met. Kilobit has greatly disrupted the CWT tournament by extending it for half a year! Additionally, a noob participated in the tournament, playing in 3 or 4 groups simultaneously! They played until the end and were not banned. I see the same thing in other tournaments, such as the Elite House tournament. It's sad to see that this tournament has been going on for 7 months and has no intention of ending. It started in December! If players are unable to play each other within the specified deadlines, the organizer should award a technical victory to one of the players.
