Don't think it would be possible unless both sides install it. But if you have to ask trolls to install a module so that you can kick them politely then you are in for a bad time
Even If it is possible to cause someones copy of WA to pop up messages without them installing a module though, that's kinna a huge security concern.

It would certainly be nice, but as far as I can see it would only really work if it was an official feature. Which is unlikely since the devs have said they want less kicking, not more.

Yes true. I'm using wkTextMacro too for that. I suggested this thinking it was something, let's say, "easy" to implement. But I don't understand these matters. The suggestion was just a "shot in the dark".
