Well, the games I usually play are with IRC people and we have a general rule not to kill off a team until all teams have just one worm left.

Unless Rioter is playing, of course, he doesn´t seem to pay attention to that sort of thing

You can have an agreement before the game (obviously in funners). But no one knows for sure how rules got accepted in other schemes
