Program for remap?

Can someone give me something decent?
KeyRemapper - Awesome one, but says its free on official site, and ask to buy it in 1 month. terrible
SharpKeys - Got delay, need to reboot pc after turning remap off/on,  TERRIBLE
KeysTweek - great one, but doesnt work until xp. HORRIBLE
AHK - terrible laggy peace of crap. FKIN PATHEEEETIC/

I need free remap program, that can remap without rebooting, working without delays, dont ask to buy in month after liying its free, fast turn off/on, and probably feature to remap only on specifed program (W:A in my case)

Noob! You only need to sign off and on, that takes like 10 seconds. No need to reboot, it even says it when you changed it that you need to reboot OR sign off/on.

lel, I didnt even tryed sign off on thing simply because there is another reason I doesnt using it, It has delay even alltrough its simply change register, but roping with KeyRemapper is completely different and I dont wanna relearn roping once over again

I wonder why the key remap application designed for worms hasn't been written yet, since like 90% of current players remapped at least one key.
wk module would work just as fine I guess. Text file config or something.
