Updates.. what about them?
« on: January 21, 2013, 05:52 PM »
Question..

Is it impossible for deadcode/cybershadow to add new content into the game? And I mean things like, weapons and physics. I know we get commands and stuff and a few improvements here and there but is there a limit as to what can be updated for W:A?

The reason I ask is because it'd be nice to see things that's displayed in mods like projectx being added into the actual game. Because it'd make the experience even more rich.

So how about this?

Well, that's their limit (i.e. physics changes/weapons additions). They can change or add anything apart from that.

not their limit, but not their goal either.

rubberworm is on its way (already since 3.6.29) but has very slow progress, mainly there are other priorities right now

Dec 30 2013 23:59:44 <StepS> windowed mode isn't the only thing you need about frontend
Dec 30 2013 23:59:49 <StepS> you need it to be actually bigger
Dec 31 2013 00:00:13 <StepS> it actually is very small on my 15-inch full HD screen
Dec 31 2013 00:00:25 <StepS> while running at 640x480 or stretched mode makes it fuzzy
Dec 31 2013 00:00:44 <StepS> this problem has been around since the Worms Armageddon's release and no one has even tried to beat it

Nice to see that there's possibilities, at least!
