Yeah this has got the be the worst ending ever, but worst in a funny way lol, I bet they were all killing themselves with laughter, maybe a little annoyed at first but you can't help but laugh at that :D

Haha this reminds me of the game where crash lost us the playoffs bOr against CKC in deciding T17 match. It was so ridicilous as we had the sure win and then crash did the exactly same thing hahaha. Madden even made the poster about it.
