i dont want to post a replay, or mention any names, because my opponent went into a complete rage when i said i would find out if this is legal or not.. lol..  so, i will save him some embarrassment for now.


Is it legal to host on big maps?? and if it is, should you at least make your opponent aware its a big map, and make sure they accept it??

i thought all big maps have you click on the map in the top right corner, because its a large file.. but this one did not, so i was not aware it was a big map until after the game started, and i took my first turn..

after my turn (i did attack, so it had nothing to do with a bad turn) i realized it was a big map, and i asked if we could rehost on a standard map... this guy started ranting about how im crying, and all i care about is wins, and i should stfu and play, im a pussy, etc.

all i want is a fair game, i have never in my w:a career have played on a large map in leagues... is it legal?

here it is!! does anyone have an aquarium in their home? i would like to see pics, so i can get ideas on what to put in my tank...

i want idea for both fish, and the aquariums decorations, like what to put on the bottom.. sand, or gravel? the guy i got my tank from said i cant put sand in a fresh water tank, why is this? ?? is it true? seems odd... there is sand at fresh water lakes.. i would also like ideas on plants for in the tank... and most importantly the fish.

heres a new pic, i started stripping the paint that was on the back side facing the kitchen area, i guess the previous owner had it painted, because the most likely had it up against a wall, where i have it its viewable from 3 sides, so i dont want the paint...

its a pain in the ass though, that little bit i have done took over an over.. im just using a razor blade.. today though im going to go to home improvement store, and see if i cant get a chemical to get it off easier.. im sure ill still have to use razor and scrape it, but im hoping a chemical will loosen it up.

anyway, everyone post your fishy pics!! :D

TOMT fell without collecting his cr8, and after his turn, sudden death was announced.

i felt as if i can collect cr8, and attack... after all, that is the standard rule above anything else(crate before attack)... stylez however felt i should have touched 2 walls before an attack.

My questions are this:

1) what if i had touched both walls, but left the crate until my retreat time... i believe i would have people yelling cow at me then as well... i was kind of under the impression that because my opponent made the mistake of leaving a crate behind, i could capitalize on this, by collecting his crate and attacking...  i dont think his mistake should make me do more work!! such as both collecting cr8, and touching walls before attack.

2) what about if a crate does not fall anywhere, and the game does not officially declare sudden death??  is this your lucky day?? you can attack with no obligations?

RULES: - Crate before attack (CBA): You must collect a health crate before attacking your opponent (touch both walls instead at sudden death). If you break this rule you aren't allowed to attack the next turn.

this leaves things kind of open ended, i must collect a health crate before attacking my opponent, and i did so....  but then it says touch both walls instead at sudden death....

also, its important to know (just in case the mods dont watch the rest of the game) that i did make another cow directly after that "possible cow" i went wall 2 wall, but on my second wall i did a common mistake of a shadow, rather then a drop down/spike in order to touch the wall.... so, i failed to touch both walls before attack, stylez for some reason accuses me of doing this on purpose. (despite my 2v1 advantage, healthy lead, and 200hp worm) and i know this is just a "he said she said" situation, but i absolutely did not do it on purpose, i was not even aware i did it until they told me so... but thats besides the point, after i realized i did in fact miss a wall, i skipped my following turn (i even went w2w before skip, just for good measures)

@stylez: in the future, you have to finish the game, its important that you know this, because dt could indeed declare the win just for the simple fact that you quit... so in future games, always finish, and then make a complaint if needed.

but, i do not want to take the win for that reason (quit) if i did do 2 cows in a row, and only took penalty for one, i think the game should be void, and re-matched.

i also think the MODS should not just make a decision, and jump to the next complaint, they should make the rules surrounding crates, and wall to wall much more clear.

ok, so.. j0hnny did that zook glitch at 6:25where the zook sticks to the worm for some seconds, acting like a nade, which as far as i know is illegal??

this resulted in chelsea falling on a barrel...  they tried to say it was no benefit to them, because it was easy to get those results with a regular zooka as well, i do not agree...  i dont think it was impossible, but i think it would be a very difficult shot, with the worm that close to the wall, and the wind he had to send him to the barrel without the zooka glitch.

they also tried saying he didnt do it on purpose, lol... which is clearly not true as well..

Chelsea asked for a skip, but i was thinking it would be more fair if i gave them the option, to either skip one turn (and then they can attack barrle or whatever else they wanna do) or.. dont skip a turn, and just do not attack the worm that was at the barrel... i thought i was being fair, but i guess they thought otherwise...

they took no penalty, until a few turns later,at 12:30 johnny knocked me for fd, and then knocked me some more for a pile with chelsea, and then knocked us even more to put us at the barrel, and said that was his skip.

IMO a skip is, collecting cr8, and going back to the hide you were in... sometimes ppl hide,  not sure if thats legal either... i think rules should be more specific regarding if your allowed to hide after cr8 grab, or you should go back to original location.

but as far as knocks, that should deff. not be considered a skip.. first off, it was an aggressive turn which gave damage to my worm. Second, it gave them a clear advantage for future turns. Third, its a commonly used tactic in wxw, skip going for the walls if you can set up your partner with a good pile, or a barrel just by knocks.... so for those reasons, it should deff not count as a skip..

we told them it does not count, they continued to refuse any penalty... even their team mate Mega`Adnan told them it was not a legal skip.

anyway, the game resulted in a draw... me and chelsea each had 1 worm each, and was TLAD turn, they killed me, then sui'd on chelsea to kill him...   

soooo.. sorry the post is so long, but now i wanna know... should it be our win??? they gave us extra damage due to an illegal move, so we would have had more health in the end, and his double kill would not be possible, and they refused to skip... which also would have given us more health....   if they had taken the penalty they deserved, the game would have been our win..

but, i dont want to argue this point much, i dont care much about the win, if its our win, cool... if its a rematch, thats fine as well, but i think its important that its clear to everyone what exactly a skip is...  i think the main question is, are you allowed to hide after the cr8, or go back to original location?  I guess for people like johnny who like to exploit the rules, other things should be noted in the rules regarding skips too, such as no knocking for damage, no piling worms, and no knocking worms to barrels.

PS: if the game is a win, a loss, or a rematch... thats up to the MODS, but imo, anyone can get involved in the discussion about what should, and should not be legal in a 'skip' turn.

This was not a typo!!

we have organized a 2v2 ladder, strictly for the rope scheme!!  this rope scheme however, is aimed at a higher skill level, we tweaked the original roper scheme to maximize the skill level of the game.

14 second turn time, 8 second retreat, 15 second hot seat... Any weapon first turn (not just the bazooka) zooks are increased damage (max 51) Fall damage is also increased (148%) You have 5 bazookas per game, 4 parachutes, and 1 sheep.. so use your weapons wisely!

The 2v2 ladder is designed so any combination of players can play, at any time... you can play with Komito today, and Chelsea tomorrow!! or play 3 games with 3 other people, switching partners each round!!

The Ladder will be based on a handicap system, all players start with a default handicap of 5, each consecutive win will raise their handicap 1 point with a max handicap of 10, and naturally, each loss will lower your handicap 1 point, 1 being lowest possible handicap... The points you gain will be based on your opponent combined handicap.

example: Mablak(handicap 10) dibz (handicap 10) if a team beats this team they will receive 20 points
nino(handicap 1) chicken23(handicap1) if a team beats this team they will recieve 2 points

you lose no points for losing a match, you will only drop in handicap, so hopefully this will encourage more games being played, without fear of having a weaker partner, and less newb bashing, because you wont gain many points... you will have to beat nino and chicken 10 games in a row, to win as much points as you will vs. Mablak and dibz in 1 game.

there is no need to sign-up, just find a partner, and begin asking for PRL in AG, report your wins accordingly.

actually, im sure its not.. I just don't know where the proper place is....


but, what is the chances we can make it possible to choose which way the rope is shot, when on the parachute?

on Worms2, when you fall and your on parachute, the rope holds the same angle as you originally shot it (like w:a) but you could choose which directions you want to shoot the rope with left/right arrows... im not sure while that was disabled in w:a.. I think it should be brought back, its and added skill to the game... any thoughts on this? :X
