oh and btw I tried AutoHotKey, but still click doesn't work in W:A

I want to click left mouse button with keyboard, so this doesn't apply to me
EDIT1: ... and I also have to be frame-perfect, which is not my thing

I tried that, but the / * - and 5 combo doesn't work in W:A. Any workarounds?
problem is, that I want to lay down with the keyboard only on my couch and not touch the mouse at all when playing shopper or sth (homing and pidgeon mostly)

I've seen multiple people using Xpadder as a way to play via controller (e.g. SkyNet), but what about binding left and right click to keyboard as well as using WSAD to move the cursor? wkRemapKeys (which uses ASCII Controller Character table) only does this for the stuff that is bound to the keyboard already. What do?

You can find a game any point. You can download from Steam or internet, its free.
