Is it better to limit the number of games against new players or reward noob-bashing with less points? A game limit makes it harder for new players to get games under their belt. For a returning pro it would be hard to qualify for PO.

Could the base (standard) point be +20/-20 instead of +40/-40 when your opponent has played a scheme less than X number of games? For the new player the base points would still be +40/-40 so he could reach his actual rating level quickly.

That's irrelevant though if the system checks the number of played games as MI said. Or u mean some people are considered noobs even after playing dozens of games? In that case their overall rating is low and u don't get many points for bashing them..

That's avoiding and it's not allowed according to the rules. Just post a complaint with appropriate proofs (screen shot/chat logs) and you can report a free win.

The question is: why does he get fame and top spots instead of a lifetime ban from everywhere?

1) Noob-bashing is not against the rules. Phanton did the same thing for years but I don't remember a thread like this. It's ok as long as the new guy knows he is playing a tus game.
2) #AG channel/PM spam/insult is not really tus league's business, is it?
3) He hasn't been reported insulting (during tus games) after he got unbanned. Insulting in games is not allowed by the rules. He hasn't got caught cheating either.

Some people here just seem to have an obsession with him and they monitor his each step. What if u just left him alone? :P

Imo you should gain/lose less points against new players (until their overall rating has settled). Now u can lose tons of points against a returning pro like danceman or get easy points from a noob whose actual level is way below 1000 points.

Yeah especially freeze can be evil sometimes. Unfortunately u can't control super weapons' probabilities, only turn them all on/off. On the other hand, freeze+scales means u can't do proper attacks for 2 turns early in the game when u fight for crate spawn spots. T17 is all about adapting and it's _usually_ possible to reach at least a draw, no matter what weapons u get.
