@taner, this is a public cup. You can't manage it however you please. I've told you in this cup before: If you DO want to host a cup with full control you have to make it private by setting a entry password:

For the next season of Allround I'm gonna put this new aerial scheme to test. In worst case scenario we'll revert back. Hopefully enough games will be played on it to compare.

There will be no leagues in the first update but yes the league will be similar to that idea.
