I guess the reason behind current system is this: if only two or three clans qualified, that means the level of the season was not high enough to reward those clans with trophies.

But it also sucks that you play a good season and then there is no playoffs just because other clans failed. If there is no playoffs for qualified clans, those clans will probably stop playing sooner or later. It looks like only dt, cFc and p3 are going to reach 40 games and 50% winning ratio this season. Imo they should have playoffs like Chicken23 suggested. What is MI's response to this?

I support this idea:
If 3 clans qualify, 1st clan gets bye to final and 2nd & 3rd play semis*
If 2 clans qualify, they play final
If 1 clan qualify, no season trophy

* Or this: if 3 clans qualify, 1st and 2nd play final

Yes if playoffs requirement for TEL was kept the same. Classic league players would get around 30 Elite games from Classic league. So if TEL playoffs requirement was set back to 50 games, they would still need 20 TEL/TUS games more to qualify. My suggestion is useful only when TEL is active and you need more than 20 games to qualify for playoffs.

Classic singles & clanner, TEL and Free league together are quite much for one player. Thus most players have to make a choice between the leagues. Simple math: after clanners you have time to play 100 games so you have to choose between TUS (80 games) and TEL (50 games). Instead you could play 80 TUS games and 20 TEL games (or 100 TUS games) and qualify for both playoffs. That means one more participant for either league.

They'd better care for Elite if they want to succeed in Classic league... I'm not "Elite player" but I still play TEL (to learn Elite for Classic). Bad Elite players exist in both TEL and Classic league.

Game reports could be as before. Elite games would be just added invisibly into TEL season+overall stats.

The logic behind this is simple: Classic league's Elite games can be counted in TEL since it's a one scheme league. TEL games cannot be counted in Classic league because that would require an agreement of the pick.

Your elite games are already shown on the Classic elite ladder. What's the big deal if they are shown on another similar ladder (TEL)? But yeah, this could be made optional like Berria said.

No.

If you ask for TUS, you play 2 picks and elite games are counted in TEL as well.
If you ask for TEL, you play only elite and games are counted in TEL only.

So,
TEL standings: TEL games + Classic elite games
Classic league's elite standings: Classic elite games only

Why separate TEL ladder then? Because, who would agree to play one pick elite vs Random00 and risk Classic points?

Is it possible to count Classic league's elite games automatically in for TEL? I think this would benefit both leagues since 1) If you want to participate in TEL, you can do that playing Classic and not TEL instead, and 2) TEL would have more played games with Classic elite games included.

TEL standings wouldn't still be the same as Classic elite standings since TEL games wouldn't be counted in for Classic league.

The name implies the scheme is about shopping crates. It can be that without being mandatory each turn. Just like afr, picking up the crate is still preferable since you would otherwise leave the crate for the opponent or risk your hiding if you pick up the crate after attack.

Just curious: is cba really needed then? You need to "shop" crates anyway if you want to win so does it have to be a rule? Cba if anything makes the scheme about roping. Without cba you would have option to leave the crate and use drill or one your 3 grenades, for example.

- If you have autologon on, you have to start two GS to be able to change nick/account. How about a "log out" option that brings you back to login window?

- After updating you have to start GS again manually. Not a big deal, though.
