It should be noted that these maps work best with the w2roper scheme... that's why they are so hard.

We aren't trying to make an exact replica of the scheme from w2...
The reason it is 13 seconds instead of 12 is because WA is a lot more floaty than w2... in w2, I hear roping was a lot more fast paced.
As for the destructible land, i don't think WA is ready to accept that much of a change. We have to go step by step :p

remember guaton, it isn't eliminating the current scheme, just giving an alternate to the many people who want it... I think i saw an option to take your vote out but I don't see it anymore.. so idk how you will change your vote

guys, remember.. this isn't replacing roper... it is just an alternative... you don't have to pick w2roper... i think on those grounds and on the grounds that almost all of the "nos" havent tried the scheme, it should get passed with at least 40% of the vote...

Yeah the point here isn't disputing sd weapons or strats, even though we did have a strat... it is that cfc crashed the game, once again, whether by accident or not, after rematching a looooong t17...

It is not a scheme for cowards... seriously? You wait for mistakes in all schemes... If you are skilled enough to go for the crate and attack in 13 seconds, then gj for your skill... you are actually rewarded... but if you test your roping skill and make a mistake, that is your own fault... It is sickening how so many people have been brainwashed into thinking the standard roper scheme now is OK.
How on earth can you accept a scheme where the game engine randomly decides if you will be able to make an attack or not some turns? HOW I ASK?!?!?!?!? WHY DO YOU GUYS ACCEPT THIS! THINK ABOUT IT!

Daina was playing the game... She did the patsy and then her clanmate djflow quit using alt + f4.... Djflow was in AG afterward so i see no reason at all why he would have done that, but i don't also buy that his sister did it

Yeah, or maybe like a board of respected and skilled wormers without a biased opinion voting... Everyone who has actually analyzed the scheme and given it a chance has said it should coexist with the current scheme... annoying how we got nothing but positive feedback in this thread yet it still gets all these nos by people who have been hiding the whole time and probably haven't tried the scheme...

Rok, the game wasn't reported at all because we didn't know what to do... We didn't negotiate another rm in AG. Avi left because he was frustrated he played two long t17's for nothing, one of which was crashed by a cfc member, accidental or not.

I tried to message in djflow after it happened in AG but he didn't answer and eventually went on to play a game without saying anything... daina said his sister pressed alt + f4

I had 2 shotguns.. the plan was to shotgun that purple thing once, then wait til next turn to rope and sg open and sg her into water IF she stayed.. we'll never know... and that isn't the point at hand... the point is djflow of cfc, whether accidentally or not, quit by using alt + f4 which made everyone else desynchronize..

Leagues Complaints / [SOLVED] mm vs cfc T17 question
July 23, 2010, 05:58 AM
mm played cfc at a t17... the first game, we tied, the water went all the way to the roof... long game.
the rematch, the water got pretty high... we both had 1 worm left and daina just tried to use a patsy for a gg... well it failed somehow, and shortly after djflow pressed alt + f4 and everyone crashed... daina said his sister pushed it, but
Idk how credible that is. whether it was by accident or not, cfc did crash the game... any input from the mods?

"Ok for starters, it was lame, and you know it, you ARE lesser skilled players at BnG"
"There's nothing wrong with being bad at 1 scheme..."
I got confused by these... it's all good though :p

This was not done on purpose... I use big girders like that whenever I can as a habit in 1v1's... I was not even looking at avi's hide... and besides, I would hardly call that covering him, it was way off to the side. DoH players destroyed the girder naturally, and as far as I'm concerned, it didn't block any potential hits... it didn't affect the game AT ALL. Avi was still wide open... grasping at straws you guys are.
Komo, we did a variety of shots that game; more than just 3 and 4 sec nades... so I don't know what you are expecting from us honestly... We didn't abuse that the league's "allow rules for less skilled BnG'rs" element. The girder wasn't meant for any diabolical purpose. IF it was a cow, then it was an accident, but as I explained, it didn't change the outcome of anything
