General discussion / Re: Training shots

I've added some targets to one of Komo's bng maps and made it indimask enabled.
Only the targets are destructible.

requires wkindimask.dll and any bng scheme.

the 1st time I done it with 3 bars wind, I forgot to make the tunnel 0.0.0 so the grenade didn't go through.

Can we see that replay just for the giggles?

General discussion / Re: MapGEN v0.8.6.1
« on: August 09, 2017, 05:01 PM »
The WKB article still says v0.8.6.0

Generating a SSR map in the map editor takes about 15s for me (in the program: 0.3s)

Thanks StepS, I'll look into a way of changing res more easily.
A weird thing I encountered:
The warning message which appears when there's an unsupported res specified came up REALLY faint:

My native res is 2560x1440, but I want to play with 1920x1080 fullscreen.
Using this module by far gives me the most stability (with stretch 1 and fullscreen 0), but the only issue I have is input lag, which I understand is caused by v-sync being on when using this module.

If I don't use this module:
  • and set 1920x1080 in W:A settings with vsyncs off, then the input lag is fixed. But this causes other issues (maximising problems, and Windows resizing when I exit.)
  • and set 2560x1440, everything works fine, except being way too small.

I have the option of setting my Windows 10 resolution to 1920x1080 before running W:A but I haven't found a way to automate this.
Is it possible to use this module with V-sync off?

that's quite cool, but it's a shame you remastered a ripoff.

Well throsti could use nades from rope.

He could use mines, as their retreat time is always 5s or more regardless of lower values set by the scheme.
Nades still had 0s retreat (as shown in the last turn).

Something must've caused the scheme to go screwy... that or throsti's trolling us all.

The scheme is set to 0sec retreat.
Is it possible you selected the wrong scheme?
