If the majority wants a no rule variant, it might be better to start a new poll asking what kind of NrBnG they want (like no rules at all, or with some rules like no invading and no anti full power).

Quote from: FoxHound on April 18, 2024, 12:14 PMNo, I think that only removes private/team messages. I mean something for ALL messages in the replay.
Isn't this the same as the sanitize replay feature we already have? Or is it a different suggestion?
Quote from: Danger135 on April 18, 2024, 08:27 AMIf you mean medals like in the old NdSCs, I don't have the image file for them, but I will get it from Hurz when he returns to WA.
Where are medals?
Quote from: preduestniq on April 16, 2024, 12:24 AMIn life, very few things remain constant. there's always chance of things changing for the better in the future, and the only way to witness that is to persevere till the day it becomes a reality. I don't have any knowledge about your personal situation, and how rough it might be to be in your position, but still, I truly hope that you stick around long enough to see that day.

Even though you're technically correct, screw you for putting the blame on me!![]()
Quote from: Shtaket on April 14, 2024, 01:58 PMThis was his last message on dS shoutbox:
I used to play darts with Hurz a lot but lately I haven't seen him.
Quote from: Shtaket on April 14, 2024, 01:52 PMThat was only used in some old Darts cups, I think. So, no extra bonus for hitting the bullseye in a row.
I hit 9 four times in a row. I think there used to be some kind of bonus for this or am I mistaken?
Quote from: TheKomodo on April 14, 2024, 12:47 PMI think he means FoxHound's message in this thread.
I didn't call Kradie a disgusting human being...
Quote from: Saint on April 14, 2024, 12:42 PMHehe, yes, I think you already understand why your 45pts run is actually not a 45pts run, but let me explain it for other players just in case.
Guys, read the rules carefully before passing the chally
Quote from: MonkeyIsland on April 14, 2024, 06:59 AMAbsolutely. Not to mention, even if you want to talk about these topics with your fellow wormers, there's nothing stopping you from doing it elsewhere, like on a Discord server.
- Does it help your community to talk about right/left political agendas? (in society: YES, in WormNET: NO)
- Does it help to talk about Hitler? (in society: YES, in WormNET: NO)
- Does it help to talk about religion? (in society: YES, in WormNET: NO)
Quote from: MonkeyIsland on April 14, 2024, 06:59 AM100% truth! You can add me to that list as well. Before my return around December 2023, the last time I was properly active was in 2019. I quit back then because 1) A good portion of my wormer friends became inactive. 2) I had unpleasant experiences with some wormers, directly and indirectly.
People tend to leave your community when they don't like its atmosphere. It is not about growing a pair and being tough. It's not about ignoring what you don't like. TRUST ME! I've ran this show for 15+ years. People have left the community in front of my eyes. Many of those who left were not even the target of some beef. They just didn't like the atmosphere of people pulling each other's hair.
Quote from: Kradie on April 14, 2024, 09:46 AMI understand how you feel, Kradie. I live in a country where almost all political parties seem to adapt an authoritarian approach, whether they lean left or right, and I saw the negative consequences of it, so I also prefer freedom/liberty whenever possible. But considering WormNET, and how much people at top (MI, Deadcode, etc.) listen to community, I don't think we will ever have an oppresive police state in W:A. It is a valid concern, but I don't think no moderation is the way to go.
The topic freedom of speech is a very Important value to me and I can get very passionate about it.
Quote from: TheKomodo on April 09, 2024, 04:52 PMYeah, the competition was really fierce. On Darts events, not only I had to be careful against dS admins like you or Hurz, dS players like timo or Marian, but even non-dS players like Zwitter or Pyro was sometimes a threat.
Remember when Darts first started Triad? You had Tournaments where people used 3 maps for the entire Tournament, they practised beforehand and the skill level was higher and more impressive.
Quote from: TheKomodo on April 09, 2024, 04:52 PMIndeed, reminds me of people who play Dust 2 over and over again in CSGO. When these people play on any other map, they really have a harder time.
In FPS games, you could be the best mechanical player, able to draw and shoot faster and with more accuracy than any other player in the world, but if you're up against the other top 20 players in the world, and they all played the map for a few weeks, and it's your first time, you're going to lose for a while before you learn the environment.
