The idea is nice even if I find it a little sad to see the need of the creation of this community but I think we have a different view of fair play at least of who is fair .

I was thinking about involving 1 or 2 more people in the project. Too many people is not good but I think if we want to do something really serious and good maybe there are some good people to listen to. Of course they need to want to do it :-).
At the moment, I am thinking about:
-Mablak, he is a wise person and his idea are always interresting.
-Darkone, he has been managing league for now a long time. He sure must have some idea in mind.
-Ropa, even if the way he says things are often harsh he often got some point.
-Steps or statik, they are good coder and could help us achieve what we want exactly.

What you guys think ?

Now come the evil fada but please note that all I say is my opinion nothing more and also the link itselfs need the click heatmap in order to know which one are the most important.
The way I see the top menu is rather a one link thingy without any menu. The idea is that this menu has to be very easy and very league based. The act to have to move your mouse and then select an element is not good in term of application and should be avoided as much as possible. The thing here is to simplify the website without losing content. I am suggesting this menu on top while waiting for the click heatmap results:

-there is two line menu on the top
-the login is on top
-No constant flag link to change the language
-on left and right there is an important margin

Thank you. I totally agree with you on the point of making people go to the forum in order to build relationship with the community. The thing is, as you may know euraski a new french wormser did send me lot of pm because he didn't understand the site at all. I have to admit that the idea of the form came from one discution with him. He just couldn't understand why he had to post on the forum and how to do it. That's why I suggested this and I still think that it doesn't help at the end. I'd rather see on the homepage more news about worms communities/players/clan rather than this.

Note all I am saying is to point out what in the backend is in my opinion not optimal. My suggestion are to be discussed and I hope you'll find more things.
Here are my two cent on what should be done in the back end. Let's discuss about it and come with something great .
My opinion is that the site is way too much forum based. The website dynamic and the forum should be separated in order to be easier to understand the site.
At the moment I can see 3 main things that are in the forum and should not be in my opinion:
-Cup/tournament/Challenge hosting
-Complaint
-Website help (that include https://www.tus-wa.com/forums/tus-discussion/tus-navigation-(how-to-find-a-page-in-tus)-343/ most of the announcement here https://www.tus-wa.com/forums/leagues-general/)

I think a form for the cup/tournament/challenge hosting would be good.
The complaint part has to be a little more elaborated. If it is player involved you should have a form that will send a notification to the admin. The one +clan leader (for clanner) involved in the complaint should receive a notification.

The report page could be improved. It is not very user friendly and a bit long to do.
The deal here is that we have lot of information from the replays itself. The problem is that you have to upload the replay in order to get them. Something nice has to be thought about it.

From the replay log you can already know if it is a 1vs1,2vs2,3vs3 .

Also since you asked people in their profile what is their wn nick you can auto fill the buddy part, It would help to fight against alias a bit. You can also extract the scheme.

-Add sound to notifications on IM
-Show your online buddy list "in a fb" style (not sure it is really backend)

In order to help new people to find tus a system should be implemented. My idea is to add something like this:
Look for a game ---- [ x ]Clanner
                                [ x ]Single
People searching for a game [clannerNumber][SingleNumber]

I am also thinking about some icon near your tus nickname to show you are looking for a league game (like a stars or a worms...). If we go this way we could add another one with donator because to be frank even if the color are cool. I think it makes people lost. Even myself I thought Professor was an admin when I saw him post in blue. And of course add some medal (like in soccer world cup stars) to previous tus winners.

Hello perf and bart. Nice to see things going. It is 4 am here but it appears I can't sleep. Excuse me of my poor sleepy english in advance. I am an IT engineer as bart already knew and my help will more be on the application navigation view rather than the visual design because I frankly admit that I am not really good in that. I believe i've been added to this group because few of my ideas here.
In my opinion, the first step is to have a click heat map of the current default design in order to be able to know exactly what links are the most used.
Also, I don't think we need a lot of member because too many people mean long time to manage.
Finally, I think there's a little work to do in the back end also in order to make this site more user friendly. We shouldn't forget it because it is important for the user to not loose himself. One of them for example can be to minimize the usage of the forum for certain task as cup/tournament hosting and complaints.

I think it is the same for us. You might not be important even for the whole humankind but you surely are for your familly ! Their world would fall appart if you weren't here anymore. Everything is about scale. Someone like Newton was important for his surrounding but also the whole mankind. Wether you become important for the whole mankind or not by the simple act of living you became important to something. As being intelligent species we understand it and will always want to be in a larger scale. Why do you think the terrorist from Norway did that ?

Well I did suggest another design here not saying it is a good one but I think it would be a good start for discussion.
