Might be kind of late, but is it just me or delay doesn't actually do anything and you can still use explosives if you pick them on first turn?

It's pretty ridiculous then, for half of year noone even reported that... I think MI should edit experimental season result topic then, leaving just rope knocking crossed out there. Also delete this scheme and mark old one as classic league.

I don't why it doesn't work, I thought it must. Except the added delays, this scheme is identical to the previous one.

I guess delay affects only the stuff you have in your weaponry at start then.
