Description:
Introduction
Lottery LP (Low Powered) is a strategic lottery based warfare scheme. This scheme is played together with a CPU. The CPU has always a worm count of 8 worms, and each worm has a specific weapon name: Bazooka, Grenade, Cluster, Fire Punch, Shotgun, Sheep, Bow, and Petrol. The use of weapons for humans is determined by the CPU's worm selection. For example: The CPU chooses the worm named  BAZOOKA, everyone in the game has to use the weapon BAZOOKA until the Lottery Cycle starts over again.

Setup & Rules
1. Crate CPU team lvl 1 to 5 (Your choice) with these names in no particular order: Bazooka, Grenade, Cluster, Fire Punch, Shotgun, Sheep, Bow, and Petrol.
2. If the game is 1vs1, choose 8 worms for both humans. If there are more players present then decrease the amount of worms accordingly to your judgment.
3. Play on any randomized map of your liking.
4. If human starts first, you are not allowed to use any weapons except for: Rope, Parachute, Girder, Worm Select, and Teleport.
5. If the CPU is killed off then all the weapons will be unlocked.
6. If a player cows, that player must skip next turn.
7. When there is only 1 human left, that human wins.

Just sat here watching Ledan Vs Triad in a plopwar...

I reckon this scheme should have either manual placement, or some teleports(like Grenade Wars), and infinite LG imo, it's too wacky and impossible to plop a lot of worms without LG without moving them around multiple times to plop them.

That last part is also kind of map dependant, some maps are too easy to plop, others are damn near impossible without LG and a lot of attempts.

Great scheme, it has potential to be MUCH better with a few changes.
