and that place is just a V.F.W.  = Veterans of Foreign Wars...  pretty much its a private bar that mainly older people go to.. hauha but they normally have a hall that anyone can rent out for fairly cheap... it was not a fancy wedding by any means, but it was nice... i had a blast
