Nope.

There was not really enough support for removing mulligans so we will give them at least one more season. If anyone really wants them removed then let us know here or on the dS forums and we can work something out with season 7.

Same with monster tours, none have been played yet   It's a good idea in theory but I understand that even a normal tour takes a long amount of time so it's hard to commit to a 2hr + game... Hope to see one or two played this season though.
