Description:
1st edge and 2nd edge looks the same but you can tell them apart when u r moving ur worm

3rd and 4th edge looks the same aswell but you can tell them apart also

backflips from 1st and 3rd edge results in a bounce jump as you collide with the edge

backflipping from 2nd and 4th edge will not bounce away from edge

I hope this might clear things up if someone was thinking those edge backflips are 50/50 if work or not xD
