No, in cities the internet is fast (people in Cardiff can get 100mb).
In rural areas where I am, the internet is very unreliable!

For 1st couple months my speed was like 37/9.5

Now it's went to like 7/9.5

Why has the download got so slow? I'm paying for 40/10...
