Maybe group people based on location?`This could help avoid potential latency Issues temporarily, but this is not a guarantee though and it could just help with the first phase of the cup.

Though in funners, I have heard from some people they start like 2 seconds after everyone else. But since it is just for fun, we really don't care as much. But maybe here we should exercise caution. Hmmm....

I played lot of games with people situated in North and South America.
We agreed to start when timer hits 5 second, and we would all start at same time - everytime.
Latency issue is minimal to non-existent. So don't wrap your mind around that!

For sure there will be some interventions since module is still in early phase, but I'm ready to try it out and will gladly moderate this cup till finals. If nizikawa says he's not happy about module being used on TUS yet, he'll notify me and cup will be put on delay.

The 5 second rule is a good rule and I use this too. I thought I'd just share my experience. Majority of the time it works really well anyway.

Prize money will be shared between first three:
1. 70$
2. 35$
3. 20$

IMPORTANT!!!If you win the game and don't have video proof - game will need to be played again!
If you, for whatever reason, can't record your game - your opponent need to agree that he'll be recording it. Then again, you need to have a proof of your opponent agreed on that. Please be aware of this simple rule! VIDEO OF THE GAME IS MANDATORY!

Double check cup description and make sure you're doing it right. If I did a mistake somewhere, please point it out and I'll fix it asap.

It's a 1 turn only. This seems better and more fair.
Use smaller maps. Best is to download Legion's Big RR Generator (https://www.tus-wa.com/files/file-1784/) and make maps yourself. Smaller maps can be generated with these settings:

Once you generate the map, click "export" and move it to your wa/user/saved levels folder.
