Recently I decided to take a look at WormNet and was disappointed that the number of people playing this game is not even 50. How long does the game have left to live? And what kind of update would you like to release?

i got kinda bored, but i still play some randoms games on ag (like shopper, intermediates, ropers with dibz, funners with peja, corujao, etc) but theres a lot of trolls who insult you during the game for no reason

thats why even funners with random people it start to get me bored xD

I still like the people we got around, fun playing the good hardcore players like sock, blitz, free, saltyk9.  It's 25 years after release, there should be 0 players on wormnet, lets be honest.  Great to see this amazing game still have some life in it.

This is a sign of maturity.

For me the game's activity has remained more or less the same as funner activities goes.

Competitive side of things: It's basically blitzed vs everyone. This is something Kaleu said some days ago, which is true.

Pure guess: The game itself may seem more dead to people who are into competitive than funners.

ye, I'm having websnoop on and joining some games when I feel like it.
And playing serious clanners still is very fun sometimes.
Hard to just stop playing this game for some reason.

And well, when the Update comes in the next century maybe some new players will join from steam.

yeah the trolls take the fun out of games. i mostly still play this game because of friends and new players that want to chat and chill. think for most older players and more consistent ones you just find your community and keep playing with them instead of just joining random games which in effect causes the game community to seem even smaller.

Maybe TuS can have some "random/fun games report system" just to show to the community the Game still have some life and have players enjoying the Game, dunno xD it will work for people who don't play league games for points/ranks

Funner League? Love it. Or a place that you report good games overall. You would need consent of the other player(s) Imo.

yeah in the report page,  it can be the name of the reporter and the list of players of the game (even if they dont on tus) and the chat, and every profile in tus can have a number of games played

some kind of register, because we only saw the number of league games becoming less and same people playing (''nah this game is death''), and why not include the funner games, it maybe will bring more life to the game

PD: this can be useful to know how many players are still around, not only for league

And what about Worms WMD? (I personally really like it: there are a lot of weapons, the bots have become smarter, the mechanics of shelters, vehicles, the music is good,the campaign is more fun - everything is just how we like it. But online should be made the same as in WA, because it's hard to find a game that you want.)
