If I give my opinion I get moaned at
Not by me, though

I seem to recall asking your opinion on a few matters regarding BnG, in fact (and I'd like to hear your opinion here, too)! People should moan less, makes a lot of lives easier, including their own.

IF THIS THING IS NOT SOLVED IM GONNA REPORT THAT GAME TWICE AGAINST HIM! Is not fair that he destroyed all my hides from a darkside
THE WHOLE f@#!ING GAME DARKSIDING and he reports as if he win? WTF im gonna report twice against him if this caomplain is not solved, it pissed me off

OK, first off, calm down, man! It's just a game, no need to go off like that. And don't ever report 2 wins. If you don't agree with someone reporting a win, posting here is the way to go and I'm glad to see that's exactly what you did.
While I'm watching the game, first thing I noticed was that Thouson skipped his turns while you had to go to the kitchen (and you deliberately missed a zook when Thouson missed his), so that's good

Second thing is his location after you pushed him. I personally don't like people hiding out and would definitely call Thouson's spot darksiding, though perhaps you could've banked a grenade using the right side. Later on in the game, his worm became hittable again though and you quit after a few turns there.
You also need to see that Thouson did try to get some of the land cleared when he had bad wind.
In all games regarding quitting in a game, we've decided to give a default loss to the player that quit just to send a message: quitting a game is disrespectful to your opponent unless you do it with the consent of your opponent.
However, I can understand why you quit in this game considering Thouson's spot and his refusal to get out of there for several turns (even if you were able to hit him at the time of you quitting).
So I would go with voiding this particular game.
Perhaps we should use this complaint to get a more defined definition of darksiding, though (as you already posted). There are too many people hiding out in places where they either need to have perfect wind or only have one kind of grenade shot. Perhaps you need to be able to do 2 different kind of shots (banking as well as normal grenades for example or if he's hiding on the edge, then perhaps grenades with 2 different timers?) from the spot you're hiding in.
Perhaps you should be able to hit your opponent with more than one type of grenade as well.
