Description:
Welcome to
Multikill Puzzle #2

This is the second puzzle in the series. The first can be found here: https://www.tus-wa.com/forums/challenges/multikill-puzzles-35220/

How to play:

  • Use the scheme and map attached.
  • Use 2 teams. One consisting of 2 red worms, and one with 4 blue worms.
  • Place the worms inside the tele-holes on the map, according to the colors. The red worms must be placed according the numbers given.
  • You are only controlling the red worms. Skip on blue's turn.

There are 3 levels of achievement:

  • Kill 3 blue worms - 1 point
  • Kill all blue worms - 2 points
  • Kill all blue worms in 3 turns - 3 points


By getting 3 points you also get permission to see the other solutions before the challenge expires. Just pm me on discord.

This is a hard puzzle. I'm excited to see if anyone finds a solution, especially the level 3 achievement

Are you sure water shouldn't be 1 pixel higher for this riddle to work? That's the only thing that stops me from completing it in 3 moves.

I have additional questions:
1. When red team skip turn, it count as move or not?
2. Red worms must survive both, or one, or no need?

Could I upload it here? It's a failed 3 turns completion anyway. Maybe it could give inspiration to somebody.

It should be clear from the description. Using skip is using a turn, and survival doesn't matter.

So you have completed "level 2". A nice solution! gj :)

You can submit your attempt to the challenge. If you kill all blue worms in 4 turns or more, you will still get 2 points.

I think I see exactly what Zalo means by the water needing to be a pixel higher in order for a very neat 3-turn solution to work, haha. Pretty sure I've found the same one. I'll just submit it so you can see.

I will actually upload it here because I am permanently stuck here. I don't wanna ruin anybody's fun of solving the riddle, but I think the real solution is somewhere completely different anyway. But yeah, if water was 1 pixel higher, my attempt would work out.

Nicely executed, both Zalo and KRD. I intendedly made the water level just high enough so that the grave hole is not enough.

Hint: most weapons damage both terrain and worms, and we just need a tiny bit of terrain damage

@Dr Abegod,

The records say 1s, 2s, 3s which stands for seconds. You could have them as 20 points, 15 points and 10 points as you described in the challenge description.

To do that:
In the challenge edit page, use "points" for unit and "Highest" for Records/Times Order. Then edit records and give players 20points, 15points 10points etc...
Due to massive misunderstandings: MonkeyIsland refers to an island not a monkey. I would be a monkey, if my name was IslandMonkey meaning a monkey who is or lives on an island. MonkeyIsland is an island which is related to monkeys. Also there's been a legend around saying MonkeyIsland is a game. So please, think of me as an island or a game.

I think that is possible kill 3 blue worms in first turn. But how to kill the last one then, is hard question.

Sure, I could make my 2nd worm "skip" #2 turn. Then do the same dynamite in turn #3, and then finish off my red worm in #4 turn with Uzi to him & ground under him, but that would mean I did the challenge in 4 turns, not 3. I guess I am missing something... Hmm... I guess my brain can't do any better than that. Have fun solving the riddle, guys!
