Well I think you are referring to that post I left in this topic. Well, after some weeks ago, ZorroX led me taking the match anyway, I was always connected and the others weren't. My partner MarCello disappeared then I asked runaway to be my partner, so we managed to have a match. This is like, two or three weeks ago, don't remember.

My bad that I didn't write another message or modify that one to let people know I am still active.
But if you want you can take my place.

Honestly I saw among my pending games we should have played, then I pressed "recount" and you were substituted.
Maybe it does not depend on ZorroX but maybe on sort of inactivity, dunno how this works for real!
However, write the admins and ask if you can replace me, maybe my partner can have some wins

Do you have evidence of those messages you sent? When it comes to organizing matches for Cups it's in your favour to always write in the Cup thread that you are actively trying to organize your matches. This is why I keep saying on ONL Discord for guys to post on the thread what times they can play, because if the Cup reaches a deadline and games have not been played, those who made the effort will be given the technical win.

As I said earlier, this Cup and the moderators were still somewhat active so I will not get involved, it's only when a Cup has been completely inactive for 1-2 months that i'll step in and give technicals wins or whatever.

Both Mega`Adnan and Run have shown the effort that they are willing to play, if anyone should be given a technical win, it's them. Not sure why Mega`Adnan was replaced though, did Run even consent to having his partner replaced?

I'd like ZorroX/danie to give a reason why you were replaced, we need to know why before we can do anything about it, they may have a valid reason.

Due to Adnan's 2-months absence on #AnythingGoes, you were informed about the change of your partner on August 24, and you were willing to find Vitos online. Did I talk to some other Run on discord (attachment)? Adnan was assigned to you on June 23, with whom you played not a single match for 2 months.

It seems like you visit this cup once per a few months then. Maybe it's a good idea to get more interested. As far as I see, your 4 enemies are in stand-by mode on snooper every day. Maybe not all 4 at the same time, but every day at least 1 pair of your opponents can be found.

That's what I announced on June 23.

Adnan had 2 months and 1 day to play his match with Run. During this period Run and Adnan played zero matches. I did not see Adnan online at all. Vitos wanted to only join Run, not Adnan. I asked Vitos if he would want to play with Run, he agreed. I informed Run about the change on Discord, which he acknowleded. I can find Vitos and Shark online even now, as we talk here (attachment). Why would I not make a change if I never see Adnan on #AG?

I should have probably sent a warning, but Adnan, I don't see you anywhere on #AG. It felt to me that you are only acting like you want to play. I am sorry if I misinterpreted you there but again. I can't find you ever online, none of your enemies can. Would you like to still play along with Run? I just need to know if I can rely on you finally being online.

Shark and Mzkah, Echiko and Runaway are on #AnythingGoes every single evening, 6 hours per day, the entire summer. None of them reported ever seeing you there, Adnan. In my view, it's no use messaging people here in the cup page, that nobody reads, if they are all waiting for you every evening on #AnythingGoes, and you are nowhere to be found. If you were there, you could just message them and host the game.

It might come as a shock to you Adnan, but in Mycy's cup people who are never found on #AnythingGoes for more than 1 month are also kicked out. The participants that were kicked for that reason were:
1. Kaptowka
2. Pawelddz55
3. Leftir
4. Ty3

You could just message me in a private message to ask what is happening but you chose to make drama in the post. Maybe just try to approach people on TUS more directly, rather than through some forum posts that hardly anyone reads?

This is the official page for this Cup, this is the first port of call where everyone should be organizing their matches, they can leave their contact details and times of availability. Of course they are free to organize their matches in any other way, though this page is literally the home page for your Cup, so everyone can see what is going on here and should be checking in regularly if they are participating.

If a player has an issue they can raise it in this exact page, that's exactly what they done.

However, their replies were 1 month after your last message, though you didn't respond to those for 1 month too. Your last post on this Cup thread was over 2 months ago.

The problem is people aren't checking here regularly enough and communicating with each other. So i'm just here to give a little help, send out PMs, update people on what's going on. The rest is up to them. 

This week I had been a bit away because of family/health problems (still recovering today, I am getting too old 😅) but I will become more active again in some days.

But Adnan, if you want to take my place, feel free to ask me and to inform the admins, no problem!

This I agree with except... what good is there in saying "I am free in these hours". If it takes 2nd person to propose their time, 3rd person to propose another time, 4rd person to propose their time and at the end  somebody will probably cancel cuz something will pop up. Also you need to assume that somehow all people will be reading the post. The way we fought Mazinger and Liav, Quai and MrBean in the cup, in the first days, it was a simple:

"Yo, guys, are you free for a game now?
"1 sec we are finishing one match, we can play in 5 min"
"okay, I go call danie, be ready guys"

That method is just practical, effective and straight to the point. I did the same dialogue with Shark and Mzkah when I found them online at the same time as Echiko and Runaway.

I would maybe understand if one participant was from Latin America, One from Europe, and one from Australia (like Pizza bro, who played back in 2015). But Echiko, Runaway, Adnan and Run are all within 2 hours of timezone differences. Same goes with Adnan, Run, Shark and Mzkah. It's also 2 hours of difference among everybody  So if my team easily got together despite being with 1 leg in Mexico, Spain, Israel and Poland, then I am really surprised to see that guys within 2 hours of timezone just won't randomly bump into their 2 pairs of opponents, considering the opponents are online 6-8 hours per day.

Echiko, it's not like I can replace somebody who has already been active, and who has fulfilled their duty by playing their 1 match. All good. We can always reach the consensus.

Ah apologies, I forgot about that message. I guess I didn't recognise the full name (VITOS-SVOBODA) so thought it was someone completely new lol.

Anyway yeah, Adnan and I were occasionally messaging each other on discord; he was giving me his availability and then I was asking the other team for their availability. But it was getting very tricky to co-ordinate a time for all 4 people and it just wasn't working out. Adnan was also dealing with the heatwave (TUS-WA, #cup-chat, 19 July) which was limiting his availability somewhat. And I have a full-time job so I can't sit around in #ag all day like I used to as a teenager

Do you have Vitos' discord? I'll co-ordinate with him there.
