Scheme updates

Senator:
The following changes have been made to the schemes:

BnG
- "Stay on your half of the map" replaces the minimum distance rule

Big RR
- Banana Bomb removed
- Turn time 40s
- If you finish on the same turn as the opponent, the remaining time on the clock decides

Intermediate
- You can demand Bo1 but in that case the opponent gets to start. The default is still Bo3.

Team17
- Use this scheme (FB scheme but with less bananas)

yet aerial still isn't removed
