What about "Double-elimination" system of tournament.

I mean, add this like alternative for olympic system.
I think it's more fun than just a Shootout, coz this system take not more time and evry player have 1 more chance

Think it would be possible to allow tourneys to count for any specific league?

a TUS classic tourney would count toward classic standings
a TEL tourney would count towards TEL standings
etc.

also ideally they would be easy to create (no mod approval needed) so that they can pop up at any time, and people can freely advertise in #AG to fill up to a preferred # (4 players/8 players being the most common). what do you think? I remember this type of feature being pretty popular back in the day. It's a nice added spice vs simply asking for 1 opponent. I think it could catch on.
