I was going to let him play again, but then his actions and attitude over the next few weeks after I told him he could play again showed me that he will never fit in here, he doesn't even realize most of the things he does to insult and annoy other people, and the things he does know about he doesn't care.

Anyway, he is banned indefinitely, please don't mention it again.
