As you see, I wasn't trying to "avoid" mm, I even asked Mablak to team in and we would restart with him, they refused by leaving.

In all seriousness, DarkOne, I am please asking you to reconsider this decision, I have provided sufficient evidence to back my claims, whereas proven avi to have been lying this whole time.

My final reasons are as follows:

We played 4 games, cFc have the lead:

Komo - Dies on 97
madog - Dies on 56
avi - dies on 157
free - dies on 17

Overall, cFc - 247hp Vs mm - 226hp

We had hide advantage every single game, through tacticaly destroying there hides, and in the 1st game making a comeback by doing this when they had the lead at the start.

avirex wouldn't agree to the circumstances and was trying to manipulate the game by trying to force us to accept ridiculous circumstances for a "fresh game"

When I tried to explain to him I was reseedin the map to make it fair well the chat log is above see for yourself.

In the end, avirex quit, I didn't kick him, you can clearly see I keep asking "Calm down yet avi?" and he continues to insult me, hence why I kept kicking him.


If avirex refuses to continue the game, with the same players, same map (altered as close as possible to the last game, I can even take a screenshot like Random00 does in BnG's which d/c and continue from there), then by defination of the rules cFc should get a "free win" even though it's technically not a free win as we have earned it through 4 games if they refuse I think.

i really believe you got advantage in these games, but if the game stands you would create a dangerous precedent in general. every clan who got advantage could force a drama after a lagout and gets his win. cause if you make the decission once, you need to make the same in every similar  situation again. otherwise the mod decissions on tus would become arbitrary.
