[SOLVED] TaG Clan Playoffs

Ok so this was a really annoying group of games for a number of reasons.

It took us about 3 hours to play the games... TaG were talking in the room for ages amongst themselves just to annoy us.

They dropped 4 times in the BnG, yes 4 times. We were winning every time they dropped. They also changed players after the first drop. The BnG was a big mess...

They refused to play our pick first even though we have this right because they wanted to wait for a better roper to play.

bOr won a ttrr first, and an elite second. Tag won a BnG  and a WxW. Hurren wanted to ttrr as a decider because we had no time to pick another scheme due to all the time we spent waiting around for these guys to stop talking and start the games.

Anyway seeing as you cannot play a scheme twice for playoffs, I think we should have 1 more game against TaG (either a hyst or roper) to decide who the winner is.

So well, we lost the first rr that we played, but we were ok to play another rr as their 2nd pick. And we won it. It's funny to read Nail saying (after he lost the 2nd rr):

So What did you expect? They tried to cheat on this PO making us to play a 2nd RR, scheme where they won first (and they maybe thought: yeah, we can win again another RR!), now they talk about the BnG, where we uploaded the 4 replays, and there you can see that all is legal, nothing to complain about it. It ss not strange a crash or desynch on worms, we all know that, but it's strange to make a complain and start to say " na cant repit rr" after the games.

The BnG was like this:

* 1st game:

huren 200 - nail 200
adun 179 - dead 181
desynch, rm with 200 for all.

* 2nd game ended like this:

nail 64
adun  37
desync, rm.

* 3rd game

nail started with 65
adun with 30

but adun surreded for rm due wrong possitions.

* 4th game

nail started with 65
adun with 49

they started with the same possitions as the previous game.
adun won this game. Note that Nail, in the 4rd BnG game, was like 10 minutes darksiding (even skiping 2 turns when he didn't get a good wind), and according to the rules, that's cow, but we didn't complain about it.

Darksiding is not allowed. A darkside is considered a place where you can't hit OR be hit with a nade. Simply teleport/move to another position.

Now, I want to add this:

1) General Rules, Behavior

Spamming is disallowed in the games and also on our site. You may not fluster your opponent by writing pointless materials constantly.
Insulting other players, people is always disallowed in games and also on our site.
No racial or any other discrimination is allowed on our site or in the games. Any behavious like that will be highly penalized.

2) Lag-outs

If one player lags out and returns to the given channel, the game should be continued with handicap or restarted.

That's what we did.


So, is that kind of attitude that you want to support here on tus? avoiding the general rules, making cow, telling wrong historys about what really happened, from players that have years of playing leagues like nail and huren?

Yeh I wasnt polite to you in the final log, but I had been polite to you all the way throughout  the games.
I notice you have edited the logs so that the mods cannot see what you were doing and saying, nice.

I mean mods just check the BnG replays... you guys were taking the piss man, dropping 4 times. And at the start of our games we were waiting like an hour for you to wait for another player... and you changed players during the bng after you dropped out the first time...

+ I know your chilliean but you guys are annoying when your in a bunch... we spent 3 hours with you and you knew hurren was in a hurry to go.. and you just spent ages talking out of game which is very annoying...

+ Your drops didn't look very accidental at all, you always dropped when you were lossing, and its not just the health difference but that the fact that after 50 minutes of BnGing there were harldy any places for you to use your final teleport to hide...

Why do you think someone takes a damn Playoff so seriously, to even think about who is in hurry, or just somehow act a connection drop? How about playing, like people usually do with games.

Traditionally games are for the purpose of entertainment.

I did try to convince him to pick hyst... but I really dont think he was sure because why would he pick ttrr again knowing that even if we won the game it wouldnt be valid? He would have known that it would be a waste of time.

Anyway can we play another game to decide the winner or is TaG going to keep their win? Also can we not report the two games we won because it wasnt a total whitewash.

+ You cant understand how much time these guys wasted waiting for other players to play... changing players mid game... dropping 4 times... completely ignoring us in chat and talking amongst themselves in their own language... very frustrating.

I think we deserve to play a final game, but if you don't agree I'll accept it.
