Comet Dodgin League

I guess MI don't like idea of reopening whole free league again, but we would like to play some TUS comet dodgin. (quite good number of us). If it's possible to open it for a season, pls do it.. I believe it will have nice amount of played games.

And if you decide to do it, let us use different scheme. (one with flying mail)
