its my photo after 10 month workout - i been very small guy... b4 i dont know even weight : < but i now my weitght is 70 kg and i looks like that
for that looking i didnt use anything from 3 mothns i have diet ...

you must not have worked out too hard in those 10 months...

either that or you have shitty genes....


not saying its bad results, its just not great, for 10 months... keep at it tho!!   

i cant say much, i been slacking on fitness!

well first month i didnt do even 5 pull ups ... lo .. and i didnt been in gym i did it alone without nothing just i do it for myslef and no1 help me in it
JUST NO GYM NO STEROIDS NOTHING xD
3 moths with diet and good workout plan...

So your just doing pull ups and pushups?  Thats why you have so little progress.  You need to weight train.

Gj Cinek, keep working out hard, but if you have been hardcore at wo's, then try to be hardcore at kitchen aswell. Don't skip leg day :D

im street workout dude no gym never gym xD i wanna do hutman flag i think i need 3 weeks and i will do it ~5 sec for sure
and i dont need looks very big i can looks like right now ... ;p i wanna have more power nothing more

oh man I only got the motivation to go gym 4 days in week but my diet is as good as shit

Not machines, but in a few months you'll need more WEIGHT than you body weight if you want to gain more strength.

DUDE :D many exercise i have and easy and hard no need any weight ... look in YT Planche or clap pull ups
