Good luck man, it's hard to give up, i've never tried, cuz to put it simply I absolutely love smoking, I have been thinking about giving up cuz my fav brand Richmond Kingsize has went above £6 now, which is pathetic, I remember buying 20 l&b's for like £3, 10 l&b was like £1.50 when I 1st started...

I love smoking but I just feel like such a c@#! paying so much to the f@#!ing selfish goverment when they don't even cost 2p a packet to make...

Yes, that's true.

To be honest, I love smoking too, it's a great feeling. But I also feel that it makes me less energetic, less healthy every day. I play football also and recently, I realized that I cannot run! I can't!!! So it was enough for me.

some years ago i stopped smokin for same reasons, but after the energy come back to the body and half an year i started smokin again. cause the reasons to stop just disappeared.

It's my 4th day without ciggs, yesterday was probably the hardest one, but every hour that passes by without me smoking, I'll applaud myself about it to keep positive momentum going.

ye agree with komo, thats true noone wants to die, but i love smoking too and np pay the price of die early ( maybe) cos of that, everyone has to die anyway and some peoples who dont smoke, dont drink and stuff..gets a car crash and GG.

About Drinking, i drink too, but i dont care for drinking, i can quit this easy. drinking for me is w/e ae.
