LIES! it happens all over the world. And if you wanna get technical it was actually invented by the Celts, Irish Celts to be exact (my ancestors in fact, which may explain my enthusiasm)

Sorry America.. you can commercialise it, you can use it to sell candy but that's not what Halloween. You cant have it! 

That's right people the UK is responsible for everything from the combustion engine, television, the radio, trains, electricity and Halloween to name but a few.

'Trick or treat' is actually one of the most commonly used sentences in brazil. But most of the time the kids want money instead of candy 


No halloween tradition here either. For me it's just the day I have to watch crappy horror movies on tv.. or.. watch the southpark and simpsons halloween episode(s) for the 723234234234654665th time.

but ye u r right, for 2 reassons, 1st they want money cos they can buy rice and beans the real food, and 2nd zilians are trick they want the money then they can buy the candy and use the rest to play some arcade game
