Vesu: Clean it all out, have someone with you. Find a support system, Alcoholics Anonymous worked for me, I found myself completely unable to moderate my drinking. Avoid situations that put you at risk for relapse, for me that was social situations and bars, I needed to cut contact with a number of people that didn't care about my well-being. Realize you aren't alone, so many of us cannot for the life of us moderate our drinking no matter what the circumstances are. I have been sober for over two years practicing daily principles of abstinence.
