We tolerate spams/insults up to a level and that level is not high. We understand that in game people may insult out of context of the game but that also depends on how much the opponent is offended.
All those aside, this is a website which offers free services. I have paid and I AM paying for it. I have also coded it from zero, that pretty much makes it my territory. One of its rules is to not offend other members which you have clearly violated.
I normally give people a pass when it is their first time but in your case, you have history of making fun of people and insulting them:
