There's been several Hysteria and ZaR Cups and tournaments hosted. But where have Komodo been? Making posts like these.

ZaR doesn't count.

no really doesnt

anyway wa is no way dead. i dont play often, but i play on a regular basis. of course i dont play any league. but there's not a single time i go to ag and dont find ppl i like and know and have fun playing with.
dead or not depends on what you expect from the game though.

will covid-19/coronavirus lockdowns and self-isolation equal more WA?

Very probably yes. Maybe the time's ripe for some FTM tournaments.

Guess so. I actually reinstalled WA and played a few casual games with my IRL friends. There's been a big surge of activity in the past days. I saw 70+ players in AG yesterday evening.

Maybe if those joining as part of the surge enjoy it, there could be a semi active community until summer.

The WormNET record for most concurrent users (since the last server reset at least, which I think was in 2017 or 2018) got destroyed last night, by like forty:

There were a bunch of people in #RH and #PT as well, just like old times. Except they were mostly hosting Intermediates, even in #RH. But I'll take it!

Also notice the eight new HostingBuddies trying to keep up with the load, hah.

There was even more when I checked it last night. Only #ag counted 72 users.. Probably 30-40 games hosted across all 3 channels.

Some happiness in these rough days!
