The reason I included Chick23 was because he's been around  a long time.  Doesn't necessarily mean he was the best roper or one of them, but it means he has insight on history and who he use to hear was great etc... plus he'd see league records and knew who was doing what.

Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not, but regardless it wasn't easy to pull chicks w the hair. Don't think it ever looked "right", and I was constantly battling whether or not to cut it through the entire "awkward phase".

Maybe you were good when I stopped playing, I'm not sure.  I can assure you that back in te day, you were not  commonly spoken about when it came to ropers or warmers. I don't have to sell this shit to these newer players, and those who played with all of us back then, can remember for themselves that your name wasn't even one tht was brought up in topic.

Also thank you for your agreement on Volrin.  Never did I say he wasn't a 'good' roper... but he certainly wouldn't make my list of "top 20 ropers".

this big debate about roping... i think everyone can agree that i have been around as long as the dinasours....   komo, you were never as good as your claiming to be... you maybe liked to warm, but you were never noted for being a great warmer.... if anyone at any given time of any part in worms put together a list of great warmers, you would not have been anywhere on that list....

we went 50-0 like 3 or 4 seasons in a row... was Madjeff, avirex, TheKrow, TheSheriff, and Bunny (tyrant)

anyway... ToP was a great clan though in its prime yes.. and i was in the clan as an alias... i think my name was Mercedes, or Mercanary, i cant remember... but yeah, i played several clanners before you guys figured me out...

Also you're right about ToP not being the first to go undefeated... I might have made the mistake and said DoN was the first to go undefeated in WACL, which may or not be correct - I cannot remember or prove that unfortunately.  ToP however was the first to go undefeated in WLCL, but again that was a diff time/diff game.

Just an update here...

Had to take it easy in the gym over the past month or so.

Had some stranger spot me in the gym on a chest day... bad idea.  I was working out with 225lb (102kilo), and he told me that I need to go up in weight... to make a long story short, he encourages me all the way up to 265lb.  Tried to knock out a few.  Like an idiot I only got two reps before I got stuck with it, and he didn't spot me in time... and I felt my shoulder strain immediately.

Ever since it's been hurting, although right now it's close to all gone.  That being said, I've been trying to work through it at 185lb, max reps per set until complete failure.

Ironically today I do squats and DLs and I'm not sure if I worked too hard, or if my form got sloppy on the squats, but my lower back already is agitated.  Damn it I suck.  Sad thing is I felt it happen while I was at 285lb squat, which is 35lb lower than what I typically work up to.... Goes to show you that you don't have to be lifting 'heavy' in order to hurt yourself....
