the first bungee trick is tough, it is somewhat consistent, but sometimes some oddities can happen.

I think it's best summarized with a screenshot of the final results of me practicing the fist shot for roughly 30 minutes


Couple interesting things I was able to gather from this:
1. There are 3 common, 2 rare and 1 extra rare landing spots
- common being on top of the train, on the rail to the right of the train, and to the left side of the light post being on the bush or below the train
- rare being on top of the light post and all the way back at the start
- very rare being on the right side of the light post
2. It's not worth going for a soft landing
3. There is a chance that you will overshoot, but that's very rare
4. If you miss the shot and somehow still survive, use the girder

I think the Failed Uzi strat is the most consistent for a speedrun, one more strat I was able to squeeze out of this is to not make jumps, but to make two bounces from jettie and walk in retreat time.

the first bounce being on collecting the crate

the second bounce being on a bottom-right edge of the big ice cube on the right side, specifically on the top where the blue streak ends on the right side, here's an edited screenshot for reference



once you landed there, get out of jettie, cr8 bomb, then on retreat time walk to the flame thrower (no jumps needed), rest of the strat is RNG depended on where the Guard lands.

Again, make sure to hit yourself with the flame thrower to end the turn in a faster manner

The only point of reference I can read out of this (except for the Mablak's way of referencing sprite changes) is how the hat is perfectly aligned with the health bar

EDIT1: Ok, I think this is inconsistent or I'm just bad, basically, you step on Captain's tail, grab the bat, go all the way up, then you need to get rid of the hat's two pixels that are on the gray border, once you do that, you can hit. Unfortunately, I'm unable to get this consistently, out of 8 attempts, I managed to do the 1st strategy 3 times successfully, as well as overshooting the right-side Grenadier 3 times.

Mablak, I may need you to set up a backup strategy in case overshooting happens
