Sure thing! All you need to do is kick people's asses that don't finish cups quickly :)

Just check all the currently active cups and see which players are slowing things down

I'd like to see the scheme and official rules. First of all, the points of attention are:

1) retreat time;
2) allowing of non-blocking horizontal and vertical girders.
