since we want to avoid map whoring like marian does we set up the rule that your not allowed to pick same maps in 2 tours in a row.

marian picked again only same 2 maps for both of the playoff games.

since playoffs are part of dS Tours that rule must be followed here aswell imo.

will be discussed.
