I think it would be pretty cool if we had seperate leagues for all schemes and calculate, in some manner, the results in each of those leagues towards one global all-round stat. That would give a lot more importance to each seperate scheme-league.

I don't play much TUS at the moment, and not very seriously either. But I'd definitely play for a T17-league.
It would also get me out of RR matches I dont wanna play.

On the other hand, it would get confusing in wormnet when one player asks for an Elite TUS, the other for BnG TUS and so forth

In my opinion scheme for a seperate league should be based nearly only on skill and roper definitely doesn't fit for me. The only acceptable schemes for me are elite (we have TEL arleady) and rope race (pure skill, no pain no gain here). So, TRRL any1?

ah! I just wanted to make similar topic, but haven't got time, and about league for ttrr. Why ttrr? Because it's quick scheme, and there were times when I played few rope races in a row with for example dibz, Flori or Daina. IMO ttrr is best scheme for separate league, but there is only one problem, if we make separate leagues for each schemes (or at least for roper, ttrr and elite) what will happen to classic league? ;S

I think a rope league could have roper + ttrr schemes. Maybe 1 general standing for both, and separate standings for each !

I can see dub's point tho. If elite gets its own league why can't roper? There is nothing to stop anyone creating specific scheme leagues by themselves. Thats how they came about in the first place with wel and more recently a2b.

If tus hosed it tho it will take more activity away from the classic league.

Why isnt climbing the elite rating and elite ladder of classic league enough for you? Id be more statified with that and trying to be number 1 in elite on there or number 1 on roper in classic than reaching playoffs and winning a single scheme league. Yea its fun because you know your always going to pick elite in those schemes but ive played players in tus and don't pick for point but for fun. Many elites and t17s vs uber and franz because more enjoyable instead of picking bng or whatever for more points. Although that isnt really related.

I think its a dangerous road for tus to create more single scheme leagues, but an open ball game for anyone to create them individually and see how much activity they get.

Good idea. A league that would only have single games, 1 table of standing for each scheme !

Every scheme has it's own style, every scheme needs to be played well, every scheme needs tactic (except TTRR maybe). If you are good in BnG, it doesn't mean you have won 80% of your Hysteria matches. If you are good in WxW, doesn't mean you have won 80% of your Roper matches.
