Many weapons are useful in hysteria. You can add sheep, cluster bombs ... We could make hysteria with 2 weapon in each F button. The question is, does hysteria lack weapons or you just lost a game when you're opponent where underneath you and could drill him dead?

Adding drills will take away a tactical element of hysteria, which is the teleporting underneath an opponent move (as MI mentioned). This is useful to try and move opponents away from hides and also stops them from teleporting to certain hides where they are susceptible to being fire punched.

Normally, when someone wants to make a change to a scheme, they give a list of reasons why; and perhaps even provide examples that argue for it's inclusion...

But I agree with MI and Madden.

The point of hysteria was that there's one weapon available for every F key. I don't think drill adds enough possibilities to warant it being added.
