Description:


Battle Race cup time! Now it's all about racing, like a walk & jump race. No weapons to attack each other (no weaponretreat time), and no mines on the map. From start to finish with 30 sec turntimes, and rope race finishing rules apply.

Low gravity and fast walk can be used anytime, and any shortcutting on the maps is allowed and legit to do. If you skip half of the map with LG on, go for it 8)

The one reaching finish first wins, last seconds, even milliseconds matter (as in big rr)

Any Battle Race map is ok to play on, better avoid ploppy ones.

but ofc any battle race map is good. some maps can be seriously cheesed with shortcutting since originally the map wasn't built for skipping parts with low gravity. oh well 8)

the only LG BR map on WMDB https://www.wmdb.org/4042
Dario's maps require LG too but they are also battleless
while this scheme must be playable it doesn't really make sense to me to play it on the maps which were not designed with LG in mind

any BR map is good, even the colorless ones :-\ most of them are good for this scheme. just pick'em randomly. bo3 shall be good for group stage, later on we can change the game format to bo5 for KO and finals if needed

I read in walrus' gamereport that u didn't read cup description >< this time it wasn't too long at all though, just a few lines which explain the scheme briefly ;s
