Description:


Lottery scheme is played only on open island maps with 8 worms for each player in 1v1 and a CPU team joining the action with another 8 worms on its own.

The goal is to get the other player out of the game obviously, whether the CPU is still in the game or not, doesn't make a difference. However, the CPU is going to make his own turns (unless totally killed off) shoots zookas, throws grenades, teleports, and will do a lot of select worming at the start of his turn (hence the title: lottery). Select worming is enabled throughout the whole match, even after sudden death.

Whichever worm the CPU chooses, the players may only attack with the weapon that is depicted in the CPU's worm name. So if CPU moves/attacks/teleports with Shotgun worm, you may only attack with shotgun weapon. Only look at the name of the worm, not the weapon it's using.

The moment you kill the last worm from the other player, the game is over, CPU doesn't need to be dealt with afterwards. A draw situation can happen if CPU kills both players at the same turn. If the match starts with the players turns first, you mustn't attack, since you need to wait for the CPU to go first and move a worm. In this case, no attacking, you can move/hide/teleport your worms. If CPU starts the match, everything goes normally, and attacking will be available.

If the whole CPU team is out of the game, every weapon gets unlocked, meaning you can use OP sheep (and the rest of the weaps) every turn from that point. If you kill just 1 worm from the CPU team it doesn't mean you get to use that weapon though. Only complete annihilation of the AI team will result in unlocking the whole arsenal.

In the weaponcrate drops you can find either x1 teleport or x3 ninja ropes.

This cup is also very strict about the rules: the worms need to be using the corresponding weapons as explained before, otherwise you instantly lose that round. No skipping, remember the rules. (Cow situation: you shoot zooka, while CPU was moving its "Old Woman" worm before)
