Description:
Winner Takes The Hamilton Cup

Heya people, there I am again, finally. The time has come for another of Jakka's Cups. And this time, to spice it up a little, winner takes $10! Of course it's almost nothing, but I'm doing it anyway just for the sake of it. So don't be shy go go! But keep in mind, just like the last time, I will not babysit anyone.

Participants

Everybody is free to participate regardless of skill level, clan, gender or race. The only requirement is that you are willing to play your games in given time. Do NOT sign up if you have doubts you are able to play ALL games within the time limit. If you don't agree on any of the following rules, do not sign up then as well.

Rules and Schemes

- Rules concerning glitches and map choice are same as the ONL rules and the ONL scheme is the only valid scheme.
- Games in the group stage are best of 3, best of 5 during play offs and best of 7 in the final.
- in case a group is not finished activity is prefered over win/loss ratio. (eg: player 1 played all group games and lost all | Player 2 played 2 games and won both | still player 1 proceeds into KOs)
- You are obliged to let a streamer join your game if he asks for it. (Whether it is Alex13, me or anybody else)
- in case there will be people with same amount of points in a (finished) group the won/lost rounds will be considered. Won rounds minus lost rounds equals the difference. The player with the higher difference proceeds. If the difference is the same a tiebreaker will be played.

Deadlines

After the sign ups I will set a deadline of two or three weeks for the group stage. The KO stages will have only one week each. Just like the last time there is no way of postponing the deadline no matter how good your excuse is, so think in advance and play your games right away! If needed I will make walk overs as I please.

Prize

1st place - $10

Use this forum to arrange your games to enable a smooth monitoring and easier decision making if a walk over has to take place.

Have fun

So we met the activity deadline and only two players responded. Alas we lack one player on the waiting list, so Mark stays until a wild volunteer, who hasn't been in the tournament yet, appears.

Those who had been removed for poor activity find themselves on the blacklist, which is non other than the inability to take part in my next cup. I guess it's not a big loss for them, since they don't seem to be very fond of elite. The more competitors remain gameless at the end the bigger the list grows.

Me and Zolo-du have been trying to arrange a time.

Zolo-du due to our very differant time zones we should arrange a time a on weekend because I cannot play those early hours you said.

Please use this http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/gmt-converter/ to find a time when you can play and is not too earlymorning or latenight for me. (i am GMT+10)

I dont want to play any earlier than 9am or later than 23:00

I can play CUP games  07:00-12:00 GMT weeksdays &  00:00-13:00 GMT on weekends...

Sorry with my inactivity guys.
I got much more busier that I thought :S
I have some time to play now, but I've noticed that I have been removed from the competition.
Sorry about that. Hope no hard feelings will remain.

Wush, sorry for being away for three day. That drinking is so addictive.

Important note for group 3, Mark was finally replaced by none other than Alex13. I trust he will do everything in his power to play all three games and I hope his group mates will lend him a helping hand achieving that.
