My understanding is that the system rewards activity, so if one player has played more rounds than another, then he goes above him. The fact that it's rounds and not matches means that winning 2-1 is better than winning 2-0, because you've played an extra round! But luckily, the mod(s) decides the final standings (i.e. who proceeds) so the system's ranking isn't critical.

I think it is like this:
When 2 player have the same number of wins, the deciding factor is not the map win/loses, but the match played between those 2 players.

So in this case, if Fantoms lose his last game his match stats will be 2-1, like Bugikwlk. Then the match between both will dicide, so Fantomas will allways be 1.

The reason why he is displayed at 2nd place? I have no idea, maybe it's like MrTPenguin said, that when your numer of match victories are the same, then the more active player that played more games, is displayed first.

System rewards won games and rounds. Not activity.

You guys make it even more bizarre and complicated.

Table shows us stats that matter.
If Fantomas loses 0-2 his stats will be worse than Bugiks so he stays on the second place.

So again i think Kano was sure that Fantomas will win his last game so he acted a bit playful and seeded him as first.

Look at the table.
System says Fantomas is second.

It says Fantomas is second because he won less rounds.
So there is no tie-breaker.
As i see it  Tie-breaker here kicks in only when when both won games and won rounds are equal.

I am just saying that system at TUS doesn't require human interruption in point calculation.
