yes but there will soon be a gaikai service, so all PS3 games would be possible to be played on ps4.
anyway it was a pretty stupid move and probably only to give the last breath to the dying ps3/xbox360 generation... An innovative game that places them into hardware restrictions of 2005, wow... self punishment I guess. But actually no, it's lots of profit, so they don't care.

I could spend 399 euros in a ps4 + the game just to come back to grove street

in Chile the price is 329.000 Pesos Chilenos (CH$) = 490 Euros
