I understand what you are saying, either condition equals 1 condition which makes the rule enforcable, but the way TuS has it wrote now it applies as 2 seperate conditions, because sometimes there is a hide where they can hit you but you can't hit them without serious risk of a sitter or having to use 5 seconds with minimum bounce, and how would that be fair if they can choose a hide you can't hit them and they are allowed to attack you?

Usually, with suspicious hides, there's at least some chance for a bounce shot of some kind that can hit, but in this case it's pretty clear that a succesful grenade hit is impossible. Personaly, I'm calling Riviva's hide a darkside. Let's see what franz (and others) say.

Yes, that's darksiding (by the definition as it is atm). And the opposite is also true, so the following:

Do you know how many BnG's someone has hid where they can't shoot a grenade out but you can hit them? It happens at least 50% of games where someone is pushed and they refuse to move and you are forced to throw rolling grenades or LG zook or trapshot.

No it's not, you are allowed to place girders to bank from, just not for protection.
